Yes. Minko’s Pool Service is owner-operated, which means your pool is serviced directly by Grant and Clark Minko. You won’t have rotating technicians — just consistent, reliable service every week

Yes. Pools are serviced on a consistent weekly schedule so you always know when to expect us. After each visit, you’ll receive a digital service report showing the condition of your pool and what was completed.

Yes. Our weekly pool service includes testing and balancing your pool’s water using the necessary maintenance chemicals to keep the water clean, clear, and safe for swimming.
This includes standard maintenance chemicals used to balance your pool’s water chemistry. Specialized treatments such as stain removers, phosphate removers, enzyme treatments, or other chemicals outside of normal weekly pool maintenance are not included and may be billed separately if needed.

Service time typically ranges from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size and condition of the pool. Our experience allows us to work efficiently while still providing thorough, professional pool care every visit.

Yes. If your pool needs an additional visit outside of your normal weekly service — for example after a storm, heavy debris, or a special cleanup — we’re happy to help.
Additional visits start at $50 per visit, plus the cost of any additional chemicals that may be required.

We provide professional weekly pool service throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, and Parrish, serving homeowners across Sarasota County and Manatee County.

Yes. In addition to weekly service, we offer green-to-clean services, pool startups, stain treatments, and one-time pool cleanups for pools that need extra attention.
These services are designed to restore pools that may be green, neglected, recently refilled, or in need of specialized treatment before returning to normal weekly maintenance.

We handle billing through Skimmer, the professional software we use to manage our pool service route. Each month you’ll receive a digital invoice by email with a full breakdown of your service.
Most customers choose to use AutoPay for secure and automatic monthly payments, but manual payment options are also available.
